Recruitment Objectives

Recruitment Process

Probation Period

New employees may be subject to a probationary period, during which their performance and suitability for the role will be assessed. The duration of the probation period will be outlined in the employment agreement, and during this time, either party may terminate the employment relationship with notice as specified in the agreement.
